崗位職責/職位描述
Together with the Assistant Chief Engineer and Duty Engineers, keep the Hotel's preventive maintenance program files updated on a daily basis (including life safety equipment), To ensure all log books, record sheets and dairy of events are correctly filed and kept up to date daily.

與副總工程師及值班工程師一起，每天更新酒店預防性維修保養方案文件（包括救生安全設備），確保所有值班日志、記錄表格及工作日記正確歸檔并每日更新。

To ensure any work requests that may come from the Hotel's guests or management are responded to within a given time. All such requests are to be recorded along with what action is taken.

確保從酒店客人處或酒店管理層收到的任何工作聯系單在要求的時間內予以反饋。所有這些工作聯系單與為此工作單采取的措施一起記錄。

Through continuous search for new ideas and service improvements, guest and colleagues demands are met.

Ensures that house rules are followed and obeyed

Provide complete secretarial support and services and maintains confidentiality in all matters related with the position.

Ensures  unctual attendance and adherence to duty schedules by all subordinate supervisors

Ensures that personal grooming and hygiene standards are being observed doing spot checks in the morning

To maintain a clean, organized and efficient administrative office

Ensures all engineering employees follow the Engineering Standards and Procedures as issued from time to time

Maintains an equipment and machinery record system for the property

Responsible for the organization of the coordinator’s work

Keep good relationship with the rest department in the hotel
