崗位職責
1， Manufacturing improvement proposals生產過程改進建議
2， Automatization proposals- to reduce labor and increase productivity提出生產線和設備自動化建議方案（減少人工和提高生產效率）
3， Labor time calculation and Productivity calculation follow up生產工時計算，效率計算及跟進
4， Manufacturing equipment technology follow up, to be aware and inform management team trading the available manufacturing equipment’s technology and innovations on the market. Necessary to visit some fairs…生產新設備技術跟進，并隨時獲悉現有市場生產新設備技術和創新引進（例如參加設備展覽會等）
5， Manufacturing Improvement Reporting …生產改進報告
6， Other tasks assigned by supervisor-上級交代的其它工作
任職要求
年齡要求： 25-40 歲 語言要求：不限 1. Electrical component filed is a must, and transformers field Is preferred.（必須在電子行業工作過，變壓器行業優先）
2. At least 3 years PE/IE working experience.（至少兩年以上PE/IE 工作經驗，有IE、lean工作經驗者優先）
3. Working experience in equipment Automation field in preferred 有設備自動化經驗優先 
4. College graduate in automation or above.（自動化大學專科以上學歷）
