Duties and Responsibility
1.Daily update OC's business schedule
2.Coordinate meeting & arrange venue, related document accordingly
3.Arrange itinerary of business trip
4.Business relative presentation/document/report preparation & consolidation
5.Setup filing system
6.Coordinate business need with departmental managers
7.Ensuring the cachets /licenses of company and all stores to be used rightly and to be kept well.
8.Ensuring all the contracts is well-kept (e.g. tenancy contract).
9.Other daily support (i.e. copy, fax ,reimbursement etc.)
Qualification
1.University graduate
2.Minimum 1~ 3 year secretarial experience in foreign company is preferred.
3.Familiar with “word”, “excel” & “power point”
4.Excellent communication skill
