? Manage the complete wine program needs of the Food and Beverage Division. Assist in managing one or more full-service food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任職要求
Required Skills –
技能要求 
? Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
? 完全代表酒店，品牌和公司與顧客，員工和第三方交往的能力。
? Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
? 持有當(dāng)?shù)卣?guī)定的含酒精飲品知識(shí)課程證書(shū)或食品服務(wù)許可證或有效的健康或食品上崗證。
? Able to read and write English
? 能夠讀寫(xiě)英語(yǔ)。

Qualifications –
學(xué)歷
? High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
高中或酒店管理，餐飲或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的職業(yè)證書(shū)。

Experience –
經(jīng)歷
? 1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred
1年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷，或與此相當(dāng)?shù)慕逃拖嚓P(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)合的背景。具有酒類品牌，啤酒，香檳，非酒精飲料，專用玻璃器皿，準(zhǔn)備方法和裝飾品知識(shí)者優(yōu)先考慮。
