江蘇三江機電工程有限公司具有國家空氣凈化貳級專業承包資質以及機電安裝、環保、鋼結構、建筑智能化、建筑裝飾裝修、鍋爐壓力管道等各種施工資質和ISO9001質量體系證書。公司主要從事電力、化工、醫藥、衛生、電子、環保、輕工等行業機電設備安裝工程的設計與施工，機電產品銷售與非標設備制造，成套工程服務。公司現有各類技術、經濟管理人員60名，技術工人260名，專業配備齊全，結構合理，形成了以開發、管理為主，生產、施工有保障、戰斗力很強的工程隊伍格局。公司現有各類加工、施工及檢測設備150臺套，基本滿足各項工程的施工和檢測要求。其中有從美國進口的全自動脈沖氬弧焊機，主要用于醫藥、衛生行業中的超純凈介質的管道焊接，美國進口的塵埃粒子計數器等一批**儀器，是保證我公司承接的凈化工程的有效、可靠的裝備。近年來，公司承接了珠海聯邦制藥廠、深圳市制藥廠、深圳立健制藥有限公司廣東立國制藥有限公司、武漢遠大制藥集團股份有限公司、汕頭金石制藥有限公司、山西博康藥業有限公司、齊魯制藥、石藥制藥集團有限公司等幾十家制藥廠的凈化工程及設備安裝工程、公用工程等，工程質量優良，均通過國家GMP認證。其中深圳立健、齊魯制藥均已通過歐盟認證。
Jiangsu Sanjiang M/E Engineering Co., Ltd. is professional in the fields of pharmaceutical, chemical and power engineering. Engineering services for pharmaceutical manufacturing factories in particular, takes the lead in the industry of the country, and even the world in terms of quality standards. The company has successfully accomplished GMP upgrade engineering for tens of pharmaceutical factories all over China, and has expanded our name to Vietnam, North Korea and Kazakhstan for construction of pharmaceutical factories.
During 2004-2006, the company has undertaken and accomplished equipment manufacture, construction, installation, commissioning, and start-up for the 10, 000t/a hydrogen peroxide (as 50%) plant project through the cooperation with CMCEC, and has established reliable relationship with specialists with MI (1) of Myanmar. This project has gained proper attention and evaluation from leaders of the Myanmar government and MPCI.
Among 112 technical employees specializing in pharmaceutical, air purification etc. involved in above Myanmar project, most of them have accumulated years (average 10) of experience working for GMP upgrade engineering since China’s implementation of GMP system in 1992.
Moreover, the company has built good network with some pharmaceutical research & design institutions (e.g. Hunan Pharmaceutical & Chemical Design Institute, Guangdong Pharmaceutical & Chemical Design Institute) and some powerful, old pharmaceutical machinery factories which enjoy high reputation in the industry of China and are capable to supply complete services customized for different pharmaceutical factories ranging from design, manufacture to installation and commissioning.
Meanwhile, many pharmaceutical factories, e.g Shenzhen pharmaceutical factory, Zhuhai United Laboratories Ltd., Xiamen Cod Liver Oil Factory, and Shanxi Huawei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., as our old and reliable client, are ideal choices of training and visiting for overseas engineering personnel. All these factories have passed the National GMP certification, and some even have passed or are implementing GMP system with the European Union or FDA certification of America.
Our engineering technical workforce covers a variety of fields. Apart from pharmaceutical engineering, there are rich mechanical & electrical engineering experience in utilities including boiler, power supply, water supply & drainage etc., which enables them to provide complete and perfect services for new factories.
